An amazing place that always does its very best. All the staff are fabulous and treat all the residents with care, compassion and like their own family. The home is always spotless and the resident's rooms are very nice and beautifully decorated. All visitors are made to feel welcome. I can honestly say that I would recommend this place to anyone.
I cannot praise this home enough. The love and dedication staff gave was phenomenal. They deserved to receive care home of the year. Staff are all hard working and so approachable. 5* in my opinion well-done team Baily House. In my opinion as a carer of 20 years, this is the only place to put a loved one.
We have been extremely satisfied with the care and support provided. My Mum has nothing but praise for the staff, and everything we have seen confirms our view that Mum's quality of life has significantly improved.
